  2. A great deal of the production is in my hands and I treat my production of this show as a full-time occupation. It fills a void left when I stopped writing novels. It is not a sideline for me.

    I would actually prefer greater frequency than once a month, but it will have to do. Anything more wouldn’t be possible without a sacrifice of quality.

    I am officially addicted.
    This is an airy layered confection for the ears. Your time spent on this really shows. I’ve listened through the episodes about 3 times now, and I’m still finding something new with each run.
    Your accents are great fun and so well done, which adds to the script, another set of rich, fascinating layers.

    • Thanks so much, and yes quite a lot of time and energy goes into the shows. At times, it’s overwhelming, but to hear the end product of the work is so worth it.

  4. CAUTION: Spoilers ahead (although, if you’re reading this comment and haven’t already listened to the show, what the frel are you waiting for? It’s ace!)

    In case this hasn’t been pointed out already, the attention to detail that has been put into this series is impressive. Not just in terms of production quality and lush
    audio goodness, but also the stray comments, Easter Eggs, and pop cultural references that got snuck into the script in subtle (and sometimes less subtle) fashion.

    The first encounter between agents Briggs and Reznik was definitely a nice touch; Briggs mispronouncing her name as “Agent Reznor?” seems almost inevitable in hindsight,
    considering how important Nine Inch Nails’ music is to the series.

    Special Agent Garrett’s “Turn me on, dead man” comment, when unit 9 is sent into the fray, is another prime example of the layers of varying degrees of intricacy in this show.
